Roy Thomas Commercial Roofing began in 2018 serving residential roofing customers, including homeowners dealing with insurance claims and storm-related roof damage. That experience eventually led us to expand into commercial roofing for property owners who need reliable service for larger buildings and specialized roofing systems. Brentwood’s offices, professional buildings, retail spaces, and commercial properties require roofs that can withstand Tennessee storms, heat, heavy rainfall, and years of exposure.
